The Opportunity:

A rapidly growing SaaS company are looking for suitable candidates to join their team as an Implementation Engineer. This is a chance to lead an elite team of Implementation Consultants while engaging customers in order to exceed expectations and solve complex problems. You will work closely with the EMEA Head of Operations and Services to to deliver an industry-leading insights platform to a variety of clients. The Role:

• Lead the team of Implementation Consultants to exceed client expectations
• Mentor team members while evaluating performance and providing feedback to ensure solutions are delivered to world class standards
• Manage team expectations and planning
• Oversee delivery of projects varying in size and complexity for diverse clients
• Work with internal stakeholders and other functional leaders to drives initiatives that improve client experience
• Strive to increase efficiencies and improve ways of working and tools
• Relationship building with key external and internal stakeholders
• Maintain expert knowledge over company platform and products
• Seek to develop and deliver strategies which surpass company goals

Skills/Experience:

• +7 years experience
• Technical degree with strong academic background (MBA/Advanced Degree)
• Prior leadership responsibilities
• Project management knowledge
• Self starter with strong organisational skills across multiple projects
• Proven ability to build and lead teams to success
• Track record of success when dealing with customer problem solving
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Preferable experience in SaaS company
