We are proud to announce our new community partnership with the Festival Of Curiosity, Ireland’s most exciting and innovative festival of science, technology & culture. The Festival of Curiosity, now entering its 3rd year,  will take place over 4 days, from the 23rd- 26th of July.

During the festival you will find free day-time adventures in science, play and curious technology for all the family. By night, there will be interactive performances, shows, debates and events with scientific minds from Ireland and abroad. The Festival, founded by Vincent McCarthy & Ellen Byrne, is a non- profit organisation which relies on volunteers to help out with the 90+ fun-filled events  of the festival.


Volunteers are very important to the festival. They bring a genuine community spirit and help connect us to the curious heart of Dublin. They also bring buckets of enthusiasm and inspiration to our 90+ events. That’s why our volunteer partner is so important and why we chose Verify Recruitment. Last year, visitors to the festival saw saw nobel prize winner Prof Bruce Beutler in conversation with TCD’s Luke O’Neill, as he shared his story about how he won the top prize in science. Dara O Briain hosted an evening of curious science at the Mansion House & National Geographic explorer Tierney Thys, hosted an ‘Under the Ocean’ event exploring the mysterious world of the ocean from exotic sea creatures to giant Mola Mola fish. The festival also features events from Dublin Maker, a hands-on showcase of everything from home-made robots to iron-forged sculptures & the Learn IT with Lego Education for families to make and build with Lego.

There will be 90+ events at The Festival of Curiosity 2015 & the official 2015 programme for the events of the Festival of Curiosity will be confirmed in June.  Throughout their programme, the festival strive to keep the core family events free, open and accessible for all to enjoy.
