Job Responsibilities

Based out of our client's Dublin City Centre office, the critical competence required for this role is superior C++ programming ability in order to manipulate multi-threaded machine instructions and networking protocols.

This role will initially primarily involve writing the complex code from the detailed technical specifications for the upcoming product version that will be delivered to the client’s customers.

The Senior Software Engineer will also be required to develop appropriate test automation for the code developed.

Our client’s rigorous quality focus also demands engineers peer review code and provide endorsement for the quality of each other’s code.  The successful candidate will work directly on core VM Team

Experience Required

• Superior / excellent C++ competency
• Multithreaded application development
• Analytical, attention to detail, methodical
• A proven track record of delivering complex low level technical solutions
• Ability to deliver a quality technology product that is balanced with the commercial requirements of the business
• A Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines such as Electronic Engineering, Physics, Mathematics would be relevant to the role.
