Cathal Grogan spent 20 years working in the technology sector before he founded Verify. When hiring people he was regularly disappointed with the service he received from recruitment agencies. Instead he usually relied on his own network of senior technology friends to help find candidates for senior roles. He saw that the senior experts, with relevant expertise, were the ideal people to assess candidates. Then the light bulb moment!’ If this works so well for me can I make it work for others?’ And Verify was born.
